Step 2
A team member visits your home to complete the full inspection. Then takes the home data, and insights, and create an action plan to share within 24 hours
Step 3
Meet with your assigned Home Expert to review the report and get ready to schedule the work!

Including floor plans with a listing can help people get a better idea of layout and drive more showings

An inspection where a specialized camera is used to examine the condition of a property’s sewer line.

Mold Air Quality Test - $399
Air samples are taken on site, and then sent off to a 3rd party lab for testing to ensure microbial levels are within a safe range.
